This practice is available to all levels of experience with yoga and dance and will evoke the inner goddess, wild woman to express through supported, intentional movement. With elements of Belly Dance, Goddess Yoga, Buti Yoga, Self-Care Massage… you will leave feeling liberated yet safe in this body you inhabit.
